Terms of use

Version 2026-10-01, published 1 October 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and RootPi AB, Sweden, for using Lekaos. By creating an account or continuing to use Lekaos, you accept these terms.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lekaos. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission.

Use an email address that belongs to you, keep your account secure, and do not impersonate anyone else.

2. What you may share

Lekaos lets users share climbing-related content. You are responsible for what you add and must have the rights and permission needed to share it.

You keep ownership of content you create. You give RootPi AB permission to store, process and show that content only as needed to provide and operate Lekaos.

Do not use Lekaos to share content or behave in a way that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or deliberately abuses another person;
• promotes hatred, discrimination, serious violence or illegal activity;
• is sexually explicit or exploits or endangers children;
• violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights;
• is spam, deceptive, fraudulent or unwanted advertising; or
• interferes with Lekaos or attempts to access data without permission.

3. Moderation

You can report users and content in Lekaos. We may remove content, restrict an account or terminate an account when needed to protect Lekaos, its users or the law.

4. The service

Lekaos is currently provided free of charge.

We try to keep Lekaos available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.

Climbing involves risk. Lekaos does not assess whether a climb, wall, gym or activity is safe for you. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety when climbing.

5. Deleting or ending an account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may restrict or terminate an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, where necessary to protect Lekaos or its users, or where required by law.

6. Changes and contact

If we make a change that materially affects your use of Lekaos, we will tell you and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new terms before continuing to use the service.
